| TERMS |
All plants are shipped bare root (no dirt or other growing materials.) We ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. We ship using either UPS or FED EX second day. It is important that someone be at home to accept the plants when they arrive on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The plants are delicate and should be placed in water in the shade until they can be permanently planted. Do not allow them to be left in the box, in the sun.
Our climate zone here in southeast Texas is zone 9. Therefore plants are usually ready for shipment when the season starts and you are ready for them. Lotus are shipped January thru March only. Tropical water lilies are shipped starting in mid April. However, we do not try to second guess our customers needs. If plants are ordered we will ship them. Orders are normally filled and shipped within 5-10 days. We reserve the right to make substitutions if the plant ordered is not available. All substitutions will be of the same variety and color.
We do not ship to Alaska, California or Hawaii. |
